There are more than 500 workers and it is equipped with different kinds of sewing machines imported from Japan. Our leading products are men's boxers, briefs, boxer shorts etc. We expand our business scope into ladies underwear, kids underwear, men's sports underwear some years ago. Our monthly output is up to 55000 dozens pieces. We do OEM and ODM for our customers.

We have our own sustainable suppliers for the fabric to guarantee the quality and the delivery date. Fabric can be customized according to different designs and requirements.
Our long term supplier of elastic always offer us the elastic in good quality at a competitive price. Elastic can be customized with your own design logo.
Samples are made based on the technical sheets from the clients. And we alwats offer ODM service to our customers so that they will get inspirations from our designs. Sometimes they will adopt our designs directly.
The bulk production is carried out in the workshop
Each product should be inspected carefully with standard AQL4.0 or the instructions from our customers.
Packing is carried out as per instructions. We always do individual packaging and SKU assortments as per the instructions from our customers.
Packing into cartons suitable for sea/air transport. The regular carton size is 60x40x30cm with gross weight no more than 15kgs. The carton size could be adjustable.
